the accident had only $250,000.00 in insurance coverage but the injury
victim had a $1,000,000.00 under insured motorist policy of her own. The
insurance company for the driver who caused the accident offered to pay
the $250,000.00 they had for coverage but the injury victims own insurance
company would only offer to pay another $50,000.00 for a total recovery
of $300,000.00. Because of her serious injuries the Plaintiff rejected
this offer and proceeded to an arbitration which lasted five days and
after the presentation of the case by Shaheen & Gordon Attorney D.
Michael Noonan the arbitration panel awarded the full $1,000,000.00 as
McIntyre v. United States
, obtained an order requiring the United States to pay $925,000 in attorneys'
fees by proving that government attorneys acted in bad faith by "lying"
to the district court about the state of the evidence prior to trial.
United States District Court – January 2012. Successfully settled a claim of attorneys fees in the amount of $700,000
after established that lawyers from the Department of Justice acted in
bad faith during the course of litigation arising from the Federal Bureau
of Investigation's corrupt relationship with Whitey Bulger and Stephen Flemmi.
Elderly pedestrian walking on the sidewalk for his morning walk when an
elderly female driver loses control of her vehicle driving up onto the
sidewalk striking the pedestrian causing serious injuries to both legs.
Pedestrian required hospitalization and rehabilitation to regain the use
of his legs.

The driver who caused the accident had only $25,000.00 in available insurance
coverage but the injury victims had a $500,000.00 under insured motorist
policy of their own. The insurance company for the driver who caused the
accident offered to pay the $25,000.00 they had for coverage but the injury
victims own insurance company, despite their serious injuries, would never
offer more than an additional $65,000.00 for a total recovery of $90,000.00.
The husband and wife rejected that offer and proceeded to an arbitration
which lasted a half day and after the presentation of the case by Shaheen
& Gordon Attorney D. Michael Noonan the arbitration panel awarded
the full $500,000.00 as compensation.
Tractor trailer driving down a rural hill, Plaintiff driving up the hill
on the opposite side of the road, collision occurs near the center line
during a snow storm causing serious injuries to the Plaintiff. Case settled
during litigation for $550,000.00.
Attorney Timothy P. Beaupre represented a gentleman who injured his back
while lifting heavy materials at work. The worker had to undergo multiple
surgeries but was left with a poor end result. Well before settling the
case, Attorney Beaupre obtained yearly cost of living benefit increases
for his client. Also before settlement, Attorney Beaupre successfully
collected permanent impairment awards for his client in the amounts of

Client's husband died after he lost control of his company vehicle
on black ice. The workers' compensation insurer denied the claim,
blaming his alleged reckless conduct for the accident. After losing at
the Department of Labor twice, Fran appealed to the New Hampshire Supreme
Court. A lump sum settlement of widow's right to future benefits was
reached at mediation at the Supreme Court.
Claimant was working as a delivery man delivering items to a supermarket
in Southern Maine. On exiting the store after delivering the items, plaintiff
fell on a crack in the ramp leading from the building. Plaintiff suffered
a knee injury requiring several knee surgeries.
Client, female law enforcement officer, witnessed abuse of female in custody
by mail law enforcement officers, who directed sexually derogatory remarks
at the female. Client suffered post traumatic distress over the incident
and was retaliated against in the workplace for her having complained
about the abuse. Fran successfully pursued a workers' compensation
claim as well as a sexual harassment/retaliation claim in federal court,
leading to a pretrial settlement of all claims.

which required multiple surgeries culminating in a total knee replacement.
